1. Global Logistics & Shipping Information

YOOAKO LLC operates as a premier international procurement and logistics hub. Headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico (USA), our global distribution is strategically centralized in South Korea to ensure direct access to the latest innovations in aesthetic medicine.

  • Strategic Fulfillment: To ensure the freshest stock and direct access to innovation, all orders are dispatched from our specialized fulfillment center in South Korea.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email immediately after dispatch.

  • Carrier Partners: We provide worldwide shipping through premium couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to ensure the integrity of our products from our hub to your clinic.

  • Cold Chain Guarantee: We guarantee that every item is stored and shipped according to strict Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards for medical devices, including temperature-controlled packaging where required.

2. Customs, Duties, and International Regulations

As an international B2B merchant, YOOAKO LLC facilitates the export process, but the buyer acts as the Importer of Record.

  • Local Compliance: Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that products are permitted in their country and for complying with all local import regulations and medical licensing requirements.

  • Taxes & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs Issues: We are not liable for orders delayed, returned, or confiscated by customs due to the buyer’s failure to comply with local regulations. In these cases, no refund will be issued.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

To comply with international safety standards and ensure maximum transparency regarding medical safety, please refer to the summary below:

All Sales Are Final: For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all sales of specialized aesthetic injectable products are final. Once products have been dispatched from our South Korean hub, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” because the sterility and cold chain requirements cannot be guaranteed once the product has left our controlled environment.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days at our official support email with:

  2. A description of the issue.

  3. Photographs of the damaged items and the original shipping packaging.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or, if unavailable, a full refund within 30 days.
