  • No Medical Advice: We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment protocols. All content on this website is for informational purposes only.

  • Liability: FILLER SUPPLIES is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, self-administration, or any unauthorized use of the products. The purchaser assumes all clinical and legal risks associated with the application of the products.

3. Pricing, Payments & Currency

  • Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

  • Payments: Orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed through our secure third-party processors.

  • Taxes & Duties: Prices do not include local import taxes, VAT, or customs duties. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Global Logistics & Fulfillment

To ensure product freshness and access to the latest innovations, orders are primarily dispatched from our international fulfillment hubs in South Korea.

  • Liability Transfer: Liability for the goods passes to the customer once the package leaves our facility or is handed over to the carrier (Ex-Works/FOB principles).

  • Importer of Record: The customer acts as the Importer of Record. FILLER SUPPLIES is not liable for goods confiscated, delayed, or destroyed by local customs authorities due to non-compliance with regional import laws or lack of required permits.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, unauthorized B2C attempts, or supply shortages).

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the processing and shipping phase. Once a tracking number is generated or the goods have left our hub, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Product Authenticity & Storage

We guarantee that all products are 100% genuine, factory-sealed, and sourced from authorized manufacturers or primary distributors.

  • Standard Protocols: We maintain strict Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and cold chain protocols within our facilities.

7. Returns & Refunds (Health & Safety Protocol)

  • No Returns: We cannot accept returns for “change of mind” or “overstock” because the integrity of the cold chain and sterile packaging cannot be verified once a product has left our control.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of this website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Judicial District of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
